We are putting in a number of measures to ensure the safety and good health of all our customers and staff during the post lockdown period. We ask that customers take note of the systems we have in place and keep to the guidelines we have set.
We will be maintaining the 2 metre distance as we feel this is the best way to keep our customers and staff safe. Tables will remain 2 metres apart as it will allow customers and staff to move between tables without being too close to seated diners. 2 metre distancing between our staff will also help us to be able to continue to open our doors even if one of our staff is taken ill.
Cleaning And Hygiene
Despite having a thorough cleaning regime in place before lockdown we have now gone even further. We will be closing every afternoon to have a full clean down of customer areas and food preparation areas.
Our rooms will be thoroughly disinfected between each stay and our housekeepers are wearing full protective equipment.
Toilets will be cleaned regularly and hand sanitising and disinfectant will be made available in the toilet areas.
We will be providing table service throughout the pub. This is to minimise contact between customers and staff and to avoid having queues where the size of our building will not allow this and keep social distancing.
This will mean contact with just one member of staff, who will have protective equipment for their and customers protection and we can deliver your food and drinks either to your table or to a separate drop-off table for you to collect.
